We will provide pick up and drop of service from your hotel. We will inform you about pick up time before a day.

Firstly, we will drive to take off area early morning and you will see the preparation of balloons for the flight. During this time, you will have a light breakfast and snacks.

Hot inflation will be start after cold inflation and you could take nice photos of balloons.

After that, you will get into the basket and your pilot will give you briefing and safety rules about your flight.

You will have approximately 1-hour spectacular moments over Cappadocia with more than 150 balloons.

After landing, traditional champagne celebration will be start and you will have flight certificate as a memory of the day.

We will drive back to your hotel from landing area. Whole this organization takes around 2.5 hour and when you go back to your hotel you will have a chance to get some rest and time for a breakfast.

• Strabon Travel Agency was founded by three experienced Hot Air Balloons Pilots who are working in the biggest balloon company in the Cappadocia Region. Thus, it is sure that you will have the best flight experience over Cappadocia. Two of our pilots have trained many young pilots for many years as an Instructor Pilot.
• If you visit Cappadocia during the high season, sometimes balloon prices could be higher, and it could be impossible to find ticket for balloon ride. In order to prevent this problem, if you make your reservation about a week ago and after you get confirmation there will be no any trouble about your flight and no changes for ticket prices.
• Full insurance. We serve full insurance for passengers, pilots and third-party insurance. This is a mandatory execution for our company procedure.
• Refunds in case of cancellation. If you change your mind about balloons flight, please inform us before two days. Thus, you could get your totally your money back. In addition, if balloon flights cancel due to weather conditions you will have your money back immediately without authorized stoppage.

Each balloon could fly only permission of Turkish Civil Aviation. If weather condition is not appropriate all flight will be cancelled.

Passenger limitation. Each balloon has maximum passenger capacity, which means it is not allowed to get passenger more than limits.

Pilot license requirements. Every pilot must get pilot certificate from authorized pilot school. There must be co-pilot in the basket for environmental observation. Pilot needs first aid, dangerous goods management and safety management system certificates.

Maintenance and Airworthiness. No balloon can fly without Airworthiness Certificate. This is a mandatory and each balloons company must obey it. Each balloon must go inspection after hundred hours flight to authorized maintenance center. Even balloons get flight or not it should be implemented annual inspection as well.

Age limitation. Kids under 6 years of age they are not allowed to be participate for balloon flight in Cappadocia.

Altitude limitation. Balloons could climb maximum 8000 feet from sea level. All pilots must follow this restriction.

Insurance, all passengers and balloons covered by trusted and full insurance.

Wearing style. We recommend sport dress, outdoor shoes for your comfort. Besides that, we suggest wearing a hat to keep away from dust from inside balloons.  Please do not bring your backpack, handbag and selfie stick.

Pregnant Ladies not allowed. People who have implant and hard operation must inform agency before buy a ticket.

People after alcohol consumption and under effect of drugs are prohibited from flight.

Belongings like camera, mobile phone, sun glass etc… will be under passenger responsibility.
