Booking & Payment

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• Weather-related cancellations (balloon flights) receive a full refund or reschedule

Liability

Strabon Travel acts as a local tour operator. We take all reasonable precautions for your safety. Participants join activities at their own risk.
